Questions
What counts toward the monthly invoice limit?
Only finalised invoices, the ones with an official invoice number. Drafts, however many you create or delete, never count.
What happens to my invoices if I downgrade or my subscription lapses?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Every invoice, payment, and receipt you've already created stays fully visible and downloadable. You just move back to the Free plan's monthly finalising allowance for new invoices.
Can I move from Starter to Professional later?
Yes, upgrade any time from Settings, Billing. Your existing invoices, customers, and payment history carry over unchanged.
Is online payment support available for every business?
Online payments are part of Professional and are enabled once your business's payment connection is approved and configured. Every plan can invoice, send, and track payments via bank transfer regardless.
How does annual billing work?
