Do I need accounting experience to use Butha?
No. Butha covers invoicing, payment tracking, and receipts, not full bookkeeping. Most people send their first invoice within a few minutes of signing up.
What happens when I reach my Free plan's invoice limit?
Everything you've already sent stays fully accessible: view, download, record payments, everything. You just can't finalise a new invoice until next month, or you can upgrade to Starter or Professional any time for unlimited invoicing.
Can my customers pay online?
Bank transfer is available to every plan today. Online card payment is available where a business has connected it, ask your Butha contact if you're unsure whether it's on for your invoices.
Can I move from Starter to Professional later?
Yes, any time from Settings, Billing. Your existing invoices, customers, and payment history carry over unchanged.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings, Billing, no need to contact support. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to Free, all your historical invoices and receipts stay exactly as they were.
